We curate gene expression data from RNA-seq and microarrays in our database, enabling you to perform multiple different forms of analysis within genomics. We offer a wide range of web-tools to assist you in visualization and analysis of plantpathogen transcriptomics data from different conditions, treatments and tissues. Our database is the largest database specialized with plant pathogen gene expression data, and contains data from nimblegen, agilent, affymetrix as well as rna-seq. If you have special needs, we can help you how to perform analysis on gene expression data both from microarrays and rna-seq.

To make further analysis easier we also provide interpro domains, Gene ontology annotation, Orthologs, protein interaction data and protein sequences.
