Search for either an identifier, or a text string related to the function, Interpro domain or eggNog groups, choose a species of interest to limit your search
Click on the gene of your interest.
This will lead you to the site containing all our information about the gene of interest. Including:

• Gene ontology
• Interpro domain
• EGGNog homology groups
• Expression pattern
• List of co-expressed genes
• Network of co-expressed genes
